sudo /Applications/Install OS X El Capitan.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/Untitled --applicationpath /Applications/Install OS X El Capitan.app
Note: Rename “Untitled” in the above command to suit your Flash Drive name.
